Teacher training courses based on the principles of Education for Life (EFL) cover both a professional and personal level, as they involve pedagogical and personal developmental themes. The topics we make in relation to both aspects (simultaneously in two separate groups) are aimed at both the staff of education and parents. The topics have been developed through four modules, each of which includes three 3-hour long educational meetings, written and video materials, home researches, feedback and an exam.

The first three modules (group modules) take place at the Lila classroom at 8 Langusova Street in Ljubljana.
By using the bell at the school safety barrier, you will inform us that you are behind Lila and you will be able to park the car in the inside parking lot. The signposts will bring you to the classroom.
The fourth module (independent) takes place in the Lila office at the same location.

MODULE 4
FINDING YOUR SOCIAL MISSION (Individual Monitored Teaching)

2nd MEETING: SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND THE OUTDOING OF YOURSELF
3rd MEETING: PRACTICING DHARMA
4th MEETING: PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (DOMESTIC AND PROFESSIONAL) OF DHARMA
In general, each participant can monitor both, his own development and the 4th Module content, through his own portfolio of his own professional / personal development (in electronic or physical form) and can present his EFL work practicality either by inviting an education provider to attend the EFL process or by preparing a recording of his EFL work.
Then the monitoring process according to the individual’s own initiative may be continued until he gains EFL mentor for children and adults certificate, for which an annual period of intensive monitoring of the practical implementation of the EFL content within one of the EFL units or in the individual’s working environment is required. Such mentoring is subsequently evaluated in terms of the number of hours of mentoring and possible travel costs of the mentor to the location. The participant and the mentor create the implementation and financial plan together.
