is to provide a co-creative learning environment for the whole person development of adults and children, enable each individual to discover the world and himself, and cultivate his own inner potentials and life skills.
Being a child is one of the most beautiful things. Since you are simple, honest, explorative, and over and over again (regardless of experience) persistent and optimistic. Everything is encouraging, as with each event you learn new interesting skills and insights. The youngest are completely spontaneously expressing such situations outward in which they represent an eternal example of perfection or integrity.
The story of Lila, the “game of life”, is therefore perceived as a mission in which we are primarily grateful students. Our learning is, the same as a pupil’s, both intellectually and personally developing, which is at the same time a guide of individual’s awareness.
The vision is therefore clear. Let’s be like children. At all times focused on finding solutions and willing to cooperate and complement, open hearts and calm dialogues. Let’s be a school of lights or light.
Apart from general subjects, children are taught Personal Development, and Understanding People and Cooperation.
TOOLS OF MATURITY
There are four basic tools that enable a child to grow toward maturity: the body, the emotions or feelings, the will power, and the intellect.
There are for phases to the process: Awaken Enthusiasm, Focus Attention, Direct Experience, and Share Inspiration.
The purpose of assessment is to create the conditions for the child to learn as much as possible in a given situation, which the teacher then evaluates in relation to the child’s motivation and energy.
